I am trying to plan a dolphin excursion in Nassau. I think my girls (4,5) would not want to swim with the dolphins, but they want to touch them and see them up close. Any reccomendations about booking through disney vs an outside service?

Nassau Dolphin Encounter

Get "face-to-fins" with dolphins on the private island oasis of Blue Lagoon. Sit back, relax and take in the sights during an approximate 40-minute boat ride to the dolphin encounter. Once there, learn all about the wondrous world of dolphins before interacting with these gentle sea creatures in approximately 4 feet deep water.

• For ages 3-12: An adult 18 years or older must be booked on the same Nassau Dolphin excursion.

• This is a close encounter experience only and not a swim.
  
• This excursion includes a 15-20 minute walk to and from the pick-up point.
  
• This excursion includes an approximate 40-minute boat transfer to and from the Dophin Encounter.
  
• Lunch is not included. Souvenirs, snacks and beverages are available for purchase at the facility.
  
• Expectant mothers cannot participate.

while transportation is provided if you book yourself it is from the ferry terminal so you need to get yourself from the ship to the ferry terminal which was about $4pp by taxi.

After the Dolphin Encounter or swim you'll be dropped off back at the cruise ship.
