Parasailing in Eastern Carribean? or other excursion ideas

We will be on the Triumph on Dec.18th to the Eastern Carribean. (San Juan, St Thomas and St Martin) We are thinking about the excursions that we would like to do. My daughter went parasailing on Myrtle Beach and loved it. Would this be something we could do on this trip? Does anyone have any suggestions? On the western trip we took a few years ago we did the swim with the stingrays excursion and we loved it. Please give us some ideas of what you and your family enjoyed doing. We will have one 18 yr.old, one 16yr. old and possibly one other 18yr. old.

Thanks for your help.

We loved the Champagne Catarmaran Cruise from St. Thomas to St. John and Trunk Bay. It was a wonderful boat, great crew, and allowed for snorkling or non snorkling folks to have a nice time. I'd recommend it highly!
