popcorngal Posted April 12, 2007 #27 Share Posted April 12, 2007 The Sea Bands come in pairs, and I believe for maximum effectiveness, you're supposed to wear both of them...on different arms that is! That being said, I have tried them many times and never, ever got any relief from them. The patch is the only thing that works for me, and even some days I still need the ginger caps. The ginger gives that little bit of extra help and takes the edge off. Everyone's body reacts differently, so I think it's just a matter of trial and error to see what works best for you. And if you're lucky enough not to be bothered by motion sickness...count your blessings! There's nothing more miserable...
samickgirl Posted April 12, 2007 #28 Share Posted April 12, 2007 they are the wrist bands with the little pressure point nubby thing. Has anyone used them and do they work.????? I used them when I was pregnant. They were excellent, the nausea left within minutes of putting them on>

deborahjo Posted April 12, 2007 #30 Share Posted April 12, 2007 A friend of ours has a daughter who gets car sick on long trips. She wears the bands and now no sickness for her.
