Where exactly is the Cat's Meow located? Thinking of just getting dropped off at Majahual Beach and spending the day on our own. Or should we book a beach break, like at Maya Palms?

Take the taxi to Majaual and get off at the second stop past Tequila Beach....you will find The Cat's Meow there.

The "town" is really not very big -- maybe 4 or 5 long blocks, and the restaurant is about midway.

We LOVED Maya Palms, secluded, well staffed... a long walk and then a long taxi ride away from the busy partying tourist areas.
