QE2 Dress Attire

I will be sailing on the QE2 5/22 Departure to N. Europe. I was wondering what is the attire for shore excursions? Is it ok to wear jeans during the day or should I wear slacks, it looks as if the weather will be too cool to wear shorts. I appreciate any advice offered.

Also, are there other places to book shore excursions or should I just go ahead and book the excursions through Cunard? Thanks!

We did a cruise in June two years ago that covered ports in England, Scotland and France. It was definitely too cool for shorts. I do not recall seeing very many people in jeans.

Wear whatever you are comfortable with. The UK weather in May/June can be anything from roasting to frigid and can change from one to the other in a very short time.
