Five days to go - still no stateroom number?

I´m having b2b cruise sailing from San Juan this saturday and I still don´t have the cabin assignment. Cruise personalizer is no longer available as there´s just 5 days to go... what should I do, can I go to the pier not knowing the stateroom number? What should I write to luggage tags...?

On a Sunday departure, ours was posted on Thursday. I went to the print boarding card area which will still be available and was able to see room number. However many items such as invitations, gift from TA were listed at TBA. This presented a problem for posting of room credits so had to stay on top of thinngs at Purser's desk.

Hubby didn't remember room number-stopped a room steward and our name still was not listed. It took about three days until our name was posted on lists.
