4 Rooms in a Row with Priceline?

We are hoping to book the Caribe Hilton for San Juan next February and are a family of 4 couples and one 3 year old.

We had a great stay in 2005 at the Lago Mar in Ft. Lauderdale and are hoping for similar experience at the Caribe.

Anyone know how I could book this with Hotwire or Priceline?

Thanks so much!

If you want a specific hotel and would be disappointed if you don't get it, do not use priceline. Hotwire is iffy but better if you do some research. You might be able to identify the hotel on hotwire if you look at the icons and then look at www.betterbidding.com and see if the icons match up with any listed on the hotel lists there. BUT - even if they match, there is a chance that you would receive a different hotel.

If you don't mind gettting one of a number of hotels at that quality level, check the going rate for your date then try bididng about 40% of that amount. That is a good starting point. You can also check the above site for past winning bids. But remember that winning bid amounts are based on the then-current conventional rates. So just bidding what someone else did at a different time for a different date could cause an overbid or an unnecessary rejection.

Good luck.
