Dinner time ??

Your table # will be on your S&S card, too. It's always nice to go and check out your table ahead of time, so you know right where it is during the mad dinner rush the first night. Also, if you REALLY don't like your table, that would be a good time to request a different seating arrangement.

Have fun!

You will not receive it until you board. But you will be able to change it by going to the Maitre D, located at the resturant. There is usually a certain time for this to be done. It will be in the capers you receive when boarding. Our time to do this was 1:30pm, so if you plan to change your time, or request a table for two, or 4, etc...go right away. We had requested late but upon boarding we had 5:30pm, which was too early for us.

IF there is some way he can change it, he will. Sometimes, you may have to take the assigned seating the first night, and the change will be made (and you'll be notified) for the next evening's dinner.

Something i always wounder about is: There is a line for people to change dinner time. If 100 are in line wanting early and got late and 75 are standing there wanting late and got early. Why wasn't the 75 already given what they want? There should only be the 25 not having what they want and not being able to get it because it is full.

On the Miracle we got the dining time we wanted but not the large table. We asked on embarkation day and received a note from the Maitre D' the next day that he was unable to accommodate our request. It actually worked out well as we were at a table for four next to a window and the table next to us only had two people. In effect we had a table for six and some great people to talk to at dinner.
