Shopping in St. Thomas (designer bags?)

We've shopped for jewelry in St. Thomas..but..never designer purses and things. Does St. Thomas have any Louis Vuitton hand bags?:confused: Do they have great prices like they do with jewelry? :confused: If so..what shops are the best? Thanks :)

A Luis Vuitton store is opening at Yacht Haven Grande (next to the Havensight dock), and will sell authentic bags.

 

When they were here years ago, they ran the counterfeit bags off the island, so that's likely to happen when they finally open.

 

Coach has two stores here that sells mostly Coach logo bags (not the leather). I can't remember what discount they offer.

 

Knockoffs can be found in the Vendors Plaza.

We are sailing Mariner of Seas (RCCL) in September. I was hoping I could find some authenic Louis Vuitton close to the dock.

So, did I understand that there will be a LV store at the dock where the ship will be? If so, are the prices better than here in USA? Thanks. :)

Ummm, they're doing the build-outs now, so they should be open soon, and surely by September. I'll post after their grand opening.
