Excursion

Hi~I'm looking for some advice on choosing an excursion in Belize. We will be there at the end of August & do not know what to do. Any suggestions would be great. It will be myself, DH, DS13 & DD10. Are there any beaches we can take a taxi to & relax there for the day??? Thanks for any info!:)

There are no beaches around Belize City, but you can very easily take a water taxi (which is like a small ferry) to Caye Caulker or Ambergris Caye. Caye Caulker is about 45 minutes by water taxi and more laid back than Ambergris. The beach there is small, but you can snorkel there if you like, and there are cute shops- tons of personality and charm on this small island. Impossible to get lost or have a bad day!

Check out the snorkeling excursion through Coral Breezes. We have booked them July. They come highly recommended. I hope it is a good trip.
