Just wondering if Carnival has anything for the Cruise Critic members like RCI does?

No, but you can arrange your own....

We always arrange one in our rollcall group. People can toss out ideas of where and when to meet and maybe something like Mardi Gras beads so you can identify each other when you get on the ship. We've even arranged to meet for dinner in the embarkation city the night before boarding.

Unfortunately, RCI and Celebrity are the only lines that can have official CC parties. NCL has been very generous in their helping members set something up but it can't ever be official with logowear, advertising in the daily, etc. because other cruise lines have exclusivity.
