Need tours for my Europe cruise

Tours from the cruise line are expensive. I am trying to get cruises for the following ports of call.

Barcelona

Maseille

Livorno

Civatavecchia

naples

mykonos

istanbul

kusadasi

athens

venice

 

Also if any one knows of hotels in Venice that are at least 3 stars and are affordable. Would like to stay somewhat close to the paizza.
