What do you do in Victoria at night?

Diamond Princess doesn't arrive Victoria until 7pm. I wonder what type of walking tour can we do ourselves around that time?

Don't know how soon you're going, so I don't know if it will be dark when you get there. But by all means, walk to the inner harbor area. Parliament is lit up at night, and it is the most beautiful sight. There is so much to see in that area and I'm sure a lot of the shops will still be open.
