cruiselubbers Posted April 24, 2007 #1 Share Posted April 24, 2007 For those of you that have bought bracelets on the ships I have a problem. On our cruise in 11-03 my husband bought me this beautiful bracelet with different color stones in it & cubics. After some wear the knob clasp wore thin & I also noticed the bracelets gold color faded somewhat. The bracelet did come with a lifetime warranty. These were among the bracelets at the beginning of the cruise start at $100 & near the end you can buy for $50. I was just wondering now that I am going back on a cruise do you think that a different ship will have the same bracelet in case they have to replace it? If you have cruised Carnival on several ships is the selection of jewelry close to the same on each ship? Would I have been better to have just sent it back to Carnival? It was bought on the Fantasy & now cruising on the Inspiration! I'll try to post a picture later. Thanks! Be blessed, be a blessing! :p
redlef Posted April 24, 2007 #2 Share Posted April 24, 2007 This is the company that handles the on-board sales for Carnival: http://www.starboardcruise.com/index.htm I contacted them about a gold bracelet I bought 4 years ago that turned green and they seemed eager to help. If only I could find my receipt!
cruiselubbers Posted April 24, 2007 Author #3 Share Posted April 24, 2007 I did wonder about the receipt issue, since we paid cash for it! And the receipt is long since gone! Thanks Redlef! I'll be in touch with that company! Be blessed, be a blessing! :p
