"Next Cruise" booking on board question

Has anyone used that Next Cruise feature for booking your next cruise onboard? Is it available?

 

Also, if you do use it, can you make payments on it even though you don't have a specific date in mind yet?

I booked Next cruise on my last cruise. You put 100.00 down per person and have (I think) 2 years to book the actual cruise. The deposit is nonrefundable if you don't use the reservation. You do not make payments on it as you don't know how much the actual cruise will cost. You cannot use it on Happy Hour or Promowave.

I also booked a Next Cruise a month ago and waited for the new itineraries to come out.............we booked about 3 weeks after sailing using the option........

 

As for making payments...........I don't know..........don't think you could pay on something you don't have a booking number for.........but logic also tells me RC won't turn down your money........:rolleyes: but I don't really know.....
