Casino Points

This was posted before (I think by Shoreguy), but here it is again.

If you left points on your casino account when you left a ncl ship; you can regain them. The time limit is 18 months (I think). In any case, e-mail to casinoinquires@ncl.com, the past ship data (no you don't have to know how many points were left), and your current sailing data.

I just did it. Sailed on the Dawn last year, and am sailing on the Spirit on 5/5 this year. Received a confirming e-mail from the Casino Marketing Coordinator the next day.

Good luck.

And if you don't do that just let the casino host on the next ship know what ship you were on last and they will email and get the points transferred

Shoreguy,

If I was on the Spirit last year and am sailing her again this year, will they have the points already? Or do they need to email corporate.

Newhope,

See if we bump in to you at the tables, we sail on the the 5th as well.

Dave

If you still have your card stick it in a machine when the casino opens they should be there. If not just stop by the desk and they will map them to your card.

I just tried to send an e-mail to that link and it was rejected. Did I miss something?

Just off the Spirit this morning. We had points left over. When we told them that we were sailing on the Dream this August, they said that they can't transfer our points to the Dream as it isn't set up with their card reader system.

We were hoping to use the points on the Dream toward shore excursions, but I guess that's not going to happen.

Oh well, guess we'll just have to book another cruise (on a ship with card readers) in the next 18 months.

So, if you're looking to use your points, make sure the ship you take will be able to accept them.
