RCCL tender question

How well does RCCL respond to trying to get an early tender if you have an early shore excursion, but you didn't book it through them ? Does anyone have any helpful tips in how to do this or who to talk to about it? The port is Sitka, Alaska and I'm also asking the same question on the Alaska board.

See Guest Relations the day before. If they use tender tickets you should be able to secure early tickets. Your private tour operator should also have a policy about arrivial times so check with them also.
