Suggestions for Snorkeling in Valparaiso, Chile and surrounding areas?

Have booked the Dec 18th cruise on HAL going from Rio to Valparaiso (Santiago). Have booked 3 nights at the Robinson Cruseo Inn in Valparaiso. I know the water may be cold there in January... was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on snorkeling spots there. My husband adores snorkeling and well if I can fit this in after our cruise that would be a plus.

I wasn't aware that there's a snorkeling opportunity in Valparaiso. I would think you'd need a serious wetsuit or even a dry suit. They get the Humbolt current there coming up from the South, that keeps the area cool even in summer. Think San Francisco, CA, weather.
