What to do with hair after snorkeling excursion?

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I am looking for ideas to deal with my wonderful natural curly hair after a snorkeling excursion.

My hair is short, but will be a wild poof ball if allowed to dry in the sun.

Any ideas of head wraps, etc.? If so what kind and where can I get them.

All suggestions appreciated!

I plan on using a leave-in conditioner for when my hair gets wet on our cruise (which I NEVER use....I always use the rinse-out conditioner) . I also have curly hair and it gets frizzy if I air dry it....but if I use a conditioner or frizz creme, it will dry wavy with little or no frizz, although it will be flat, lol. Then I'll either put it in a bun or pull it back in a low pony tail and forget it. :D

As soon as you get out of the snorkeling, comb your hair with a large tooth comb or with your fingers and put some defrizz serum or leave in conditioner in it. When it starts to dry a little bit, put it in a comfy high loose ponytail or wear it down if it's not too frizzy after that. I have friends who do this, I, unfortunately, have completely stick straight bodiless hair that does nothing, ever. haha
