TrojanJulez Posted May 5, 2007 #1 Share Posted May 5, 2007 Has anyone been to the Pacific Undersea Garden in Victoria? Just wondering what it was like and if it is worth the price... Thanks in advance!
weathermom Posted May 5, 2007 #2 Share Posted May 5, 2007 It's okay. I was there with my son's class last year and it was fun - they had a cool show with divers in the tanks showing off some of the more hidden sea creatures & it's located right there in the middle of everything in the inner harbour of Victoria. If I only had a few hours to spend/things to do in Victoria, I'd go to the museum though - it's fabulous.... if you're going to vancouver as well... the vancouver aquarium is definitely worthwhile. TrojanJulez Posted May 5, 2007 Author #3 Share Posted May 5, 2007 No, we're not going to Vancouver... it would be nice, though! I'm a former marine biologist, so I like to go to aquariums whenever we go on vacation. :) Thanks for the input about the gardens. I wasn't sure if it would be too dark/murkey to see anything? We'll only be there until 2pm, so we need something quick that my 11 and 14-year old SIL and BIL will be interested in...
