The Indian Supreme Court Decision re: SS Norway today (may 15TH)

They can start to drain the oil out of her but cannot start scrapping. Two different groups/people are in talks to buy the ship and the next court ruling is in July 26th. The courts did not and will not ban the scrapping of the ship in India. Its pretty clear if these two groups that are trying to buy the ship dont work out, the Norway will start to be scrapped on July 27th.
