Does anyone know the refund policy for this tour operator? Does she hold your reservation and not charge you till you are actually there like some other tour operators? Any other things you can tell me about her would be appreciated.

She does not chaege you until the tour is over... we were dropped off at Maragritaville and when we exited thevan we paid

We have used Ionie McBean twice, once we had Ionie and the other time we had Luis. They were amazing.....Both times we had 8 people and we were comfortable, nice and cool. We did the falls then shopped, site seeing and then back to the ship.

 

We enjoyed the island, Luis and Ionie was great, answered all our questions, always laughed and informed us of everything we drove by. It was very nice.

I hope others get the experience the great time we had with the McBean's :)

We booked with Ionie last October on our VOS cruise and WOW!

She met us at the peir and we were the FIRST group up Dunn's River Falls!

I would highly recommend her!
