edan Posted May 23, 2007 #1 Share Posted May 23, 2007 I just saw a picture of the hairdryer in the staterooms. OMG. Am I to understand that taking your own is the best option? I have gotten to where I never take mine (it's a Chi, 200.00 hairdryer)anywhere. We always stay in suites that provide, but the looks of that contraption is daunting...... I read on another thread that someone didnt' like the "smell" of the dyer. Yick. Please advise, someone that knows!
crazy4themouse Posted May 23, 2007 #2 Share Posted May 23, 2007 Unless you have really thin, easy-to-dry hair, bring your own. Buy a $12 travel dryer that folds up and takes very little room in your suitcase. That dryer in the stateroom... well, you could blow on your own hair and dry it faster and better. LOL Do yourself a favor and bring your own. :) -gina-

Yes, do yourself a favor and go to Target or WalMart and get an inexpensive hairdryer for your cruise. You will NOT regret it!

SunFunCruiser Posted May 24, 2007 #5 Share Posted May 24, 2007 Uou would think with how nice everything else is, they would invest in real hair dryers!! I hate having to pack my hair dryer. I keep forgetting to write about it on my comment card also.

pppiglet Posted May 26, 2007 #7 Share Posted May 26, 2007 The first cruise I couldn't use theirs. The second cruise I had no problems. Just depends on each stateroom I guess. My hair is long too!
SunFunCruiser Posted May 26, 2007 #8 Share Posted May 26, 2007 I always take a small one, never had a problem using it. I keep trying to use that hose one, but it just doesn't do the trick.
