Sierra Team?

Does anyone know what the Sierra Team is? They were paged twice on our cruise last week. The page was "Sierra Team...Sierra Team report to Cabin E 105". Next time was to a different cabin. The page sounded very serious and official. This was our 9th cruise and it was the first time I heard it. Can anybody satisfy my curiosity?

We had something else for a medical issue or a death, but that one sounds more like for Security due to a fight or something. The one we heard on the Valor was Starbright or something and it was for a serious medical issue like a heart attack.

During our May 6th cruise on the Victory, we heard the Sierra Team page and was wondering what it meant. About an our later, the CD made an anouncemnet to the ship that due to a life-threating medical emergency the ship was diverting from it present position and would be going to Cozumel in order get the PAX to a hospital.
