Best Beach to visit

We will be in Barbados in January (7am - 5) we would like to plant ourselves on the Beach all day. So would like a beach that we can rent lounge chairs and umbrella's, be able to get bar service, and be close to a place for lunch. Does a place exist? Also being able to rent waverunners would be a plus. Thanks for your help!!

While I am not a huge fan of the place, you may want to consider The Boatyard as your place to plant yourselves on your stay. You pay to enter the facility and get the use of the restrooms, lounge chairs, non motorized water toys etc. You can rent an umbrella, get drinks and food etc.. (please note the beach is free for use by anyone). google Boatyard Barbados and it will direct you to the website.

Any suggestions other than the Boatyard? We are looking for a quiet beach with chaises and umbrellas available, we don't really want the jetskis and other watertoys.

I would suggest Accra/Rockley Beach..

I agree with Sunniebgi, the Rockley Beach is my favorite. I have been to Barbados only once for one day (March 2007, Sea Princess), so I couldn't go to other beaches, but this one is very very nice!
