Cab to New Turtle Farm?

I know they have moved the Turtle Farm not too long ago. Has anyone taken a cab from the docks? If so, how much was the cab and the entrance to the Turtle Farm? I don't want to take a tour because we don't need to do the Rum factory or stop in Hell.

You can take a bus from downtown. (Route 1 or 2)

Can you go to just the turtle farm these days ~ or do you now have to pay the full park price? I heard it's all thrown into one larger price now.
