Labadee Zipline do you have to hold on to bar overhead?

Hi,

I have a shoulder problem and can't really get my right arm up over head to hold on. Do you have to hold the bar above or can you just hold on on each side.

I've seen videos on youtube, and the people going down dno't all hold onto the bar. I guess it depends on how daring you are. I don't think you should have any problems.

You basically have this seat strapped to you. The seat hooks to the metal contraption which has all the wheels or whatever that zips down the line. You don't have to hold on at all. In fact you will be taught the proper way to ride. It depends on the wind and how much you weigh. You never have to support your wieght.
