Westerdam - Cabin Choice

My family is sailing on the Westerdam this fall. I have held two verandah cabins. They are 4038 and4036, the ship layout shows the cabins as having "steel' verandah instead of plexi-glass. Has anyone stayed in these cabins at the front of the ship on level 4? I am concerned we will miss the view through the glass. Any pics or opinions are welcome. :)

why don't you go for the Verandah deck since you would have clear view there?

I haven't stayed in one, but the rail is the standard height, so you won't be able to see anything but sky when you are seated on the verandah or inside ... unless you are very tall. :(
