Baltic Tour Guides

We will be cruising on the Constellation on 6/16/7 to the Baltics. MY QUESTION IS; Has anyone used any good tour guides in Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Tallinn, Waremunde, Copenhagen or Helsingborg ??

I know this isn't exactly responsive to your question, but we found Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Tallinn, and Copenhagen very easy to do on our own. I read books from Fodors, Frommers, and Rick Steves, did some Internet research, and was able to put together a walking tour for each city that we liked very much.
