Ferry Vigo to Cangas or Moana

Has anyone ever taken the ferry from Vigo to either Cangas or Moana? We have young children and don't want to visit Santiago this time. Would love to go to the Cies Islands but there are very few boats, so time there would be very limited. Is there a nice beach in either Cangas or Moana? Thanks for your help.

I also looked in to this, and found a timetable somewhere online, but the boats were very infrequent and we would only have had about an hour there so it didn't seem worth it. We walked around Vigo, up to the monument on the hill and then around the shops, and enjoyed our day.
