ambersue Posted April 18, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 18, 2004 I am going on an RCCL cruise to Alaska on the 19th of June. The ports include Vancouver, British Columbia, Inside Passage (Cruising), Hubbard Glacier (Cruising), Skagway, Alaska, Juneau, Alaska, Ketchikan, Alaska, Misty Fjords (Cruising), Inside Passage (Cruising). We would love to do some fishing, but aren't sure of the best ports to fish from. Has anyone used RCCL excursions? What did you think, or has anyone used an outside agency, if so who did you use, and what was the service like? Any information posotive or negative would be great. Thank you in advance for your help!! Amber Mariner of the Sea 05/04 Voyager of the Sea 09/
GramaFran Posted April 18, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 18, 2004 In July last summer we rented equipment in Ketchikan and fished off the Creek Street Bridge. Caught 4 salmon (kids caught them) had them smoked (very expensive) and shipped home. there is a kiosk about 1/2 block from bridge on town side to get rentals and license.
