Baltic Diseaster on Star Princess

I was a first time cruiser on the princess cruise line, first and last. Security issue, with 2 keys being issued to 2 different parties to the same room. Flowers ordered and delivered to ship on morning of sailing. Flowers finally showed up in stateroom 3 days later, issued a minor key card to 2 adults over 50. The food was horrible. Service barely adequate. Transfer from ship to airport, people going to delta and b.a. had to transfer own luggage to airport buses ,no porters around as promised by princess at either end of bus ride, elderly and handicap had great problems at moving bags. The bars close at 11 except one club with d.j. which is mainly used by crew members. The spa and gym was closed o:( n entire cruise. Think twice before you go on this cruise!!!! P.S. take tour of st. petersburg 2 day only, you can use the city hopper for the rest of port calls. Train in gadansk, best way to get to the city, easy and cheap.
