Formal night on shorter cruises?

I will be booking the Victory to Canada 4 night cruise and a few questions. Is there a formal night (Captain's night) on a shorter cruise. Also is there a past guest party on the shorter cruise all previous cruises were 7 days so I don't know if you get the same perqs thanks in advance

Yes to formal night, no to PG Party on a 4 day cruise.

Past guest party no, 5 day or longer only. Have a great time.
