When and where do you make the reservations for the restaurants on the Princess Sapphire?

When and where do you make the reservations for the restaurants on the Princess Sapphire?

I believe they will have a desk set up near one of the dinning rooms on the first afternoon/evening to take reservations.

When you board there will be information in your cabin that will give you the phone number, or indeed there is often a desk set up at embarkation.

 

Frankly, we seldom made reservations and very rarely had a wait of any kind. Obviously, between 7 and 8 is the most popular time and there is more likely to be a bit of a wait.
