Anyone know a good restaurant in Belize City?

We're doing the Goffs Caye snorkel excursion in the morning so we'll have some time to wander around Belize City in the afternoon. I realize that many don't think the city has much to offer and if we just wind up heading back to the ship after a short time, that's OK. But does anyone have a recommendation on something good to see in the city and a good local restaurant fairly close, but in the city and not the port area?

 

We won't have enough time for another tour, but we'd like to experience a little of Belize City. Last year we went cave tubing with Yhony and had a great time but because of time we didn't have a chance to stop for the great Belize chicken BBQ lunch everyone raves about. Maybe a restaurant in the city that serves about the same thing?
