Punta Morena?

Has anyone visited Punta Morena lately? Is this still the surfing spot? It's hard to tell online what information is pre-Wilma & what's current now. Any info on this as a surf spot (and the 'restaurant') would be appreciated!

Hey, Punta Morena has been rebuilt since wilma. It has a complete restaurant and great seafood Pizzas!!!

Punta Morena has been for years a really good surf spot, just be carefull with the break as it can be rocky.

If you are looking for surfboard and kiteboard retals, then Puro Mar Surf-Kite and bikini shop will be your best bet for that with great shape boards. On the other side of the island you will only find boards in really bad shape and expensive for the time they rent them. You can stop at the shop and they will hook you up with a nice board and if you need to rent a car also they can schedule and book that. If you have any more questions let me know!!!!
