Any info on this tour

Walking 150 yds over uneven and gravel surfaces with 40 steps, can anyone describe the surface and are the stairs straight up, all in one area or what?

Would love to do this tour but need to be cautious with my ankle.

The surface is nothing to be worried about. i believe the area going down to the boat is gravel, and the look out area is a wooden deck built out over the water.
