On AOS in December and was surprised to find the entire area non-smoking. Does anyone know if this is across the "fleet"?

Agree with you. As far as I know, they've always been non-smoking.

Same experience here, we had to go to an outside area to smoke.

It was non-smoking on Freedom too. Except during the adults only pool party one night, it was ALL smoking.

As a smoker, I can tell you that all Solariums are non-smoking...and quite right too. The Solaiums are an oasis of quiet, peace and relaxation...no kids, no smokers (does this seem like a fair deal to all you parents who bring kids into the solarium outside dispensated hours?)

I thought you meant you "smoked" (as in you were "smokin' "), not smoked as in puffing on a cigarette.
