Sailing from Port Canaveral 6/9?

Anyone sailing from Port Canaveral on Sat 6/9 and if you were in town Friday night hope you got the chance to double your pleasure and view the gorgeous launch of the Space Shuttle tonight!

 

It was visible here in northern central Florida until it hit the bank of clouds, but it sure was lighting up the sky.

Last year on Sept 9th we got back on the Glory and got our vehicle and had enough time to drive around to the river and watch the Atlantis blast off. Although the cruise was fantastic, the shuttle liftoff was the highlight of the week. What a sight!
