Rivera Deck on Sun Princess

We got back yesterday from a 7 day Alaskan Cruise. We had 2 rooms on the Sun Princess, 12th floor, Rivera deck cabins R331 and R332. The cabins were so noisey you couldn't sleep at night. It sounded like pots and pans were being thrown around all night. It was horrible. I think the kitchen is located in the vicinity. Stay away from the Rivera Deck on the Sun Princess. Also the Horizion Buffet was horrible. The anytime dining at the Marquis was really good, also the pizzeria was very good, but stay away from the buffet. We had a great cabin steward named Jonah, he took very good care of us. It really was a great trip but Princess needs to do something about the food, it was also really bad last year on the Dawn Princess.

We had a balcony cabin on the Rivera Deck on the Dawn (the Sun's Sister ship) a few years ago and never heard a sound from above. I wonder what was going on or if this wasn't possibly the location of your particular cabin, as we thought it was the best cabin location we had ever had for a balcony cabin on a Sun Class ship.
