PVP question

I have a question. When I booked I had a PVP. One day I went to send her a question by email and I received mail back stating that she is no longer working in that capacity and gave me a name to contact. That ended as a VP, which I think is Vacation Planner. But the name that was signed at the end of the letter was another name and it was called a customer care professional. Of course it stated to call me, the VP but the signature was the CCP and her number. I am so confused. Am I with the first one in the letter or the signature at the end? Any suggestions of clarification? Does this happen alot?
