Liverno tour guide...recent

Recommended Posts

For those of you who used TuscanyInMyPocket or Sunflower tours, approximately what was the cost of your tours, how long were they, and did the guides meet you at the port?

Thanks!!

We took the all day Florence + Pisa tour from Livorno back in June 2007 during our Millennium cruise. We were quoted and paid 500 Euros for 4 people. We were quoted 590 Euro for 6 people. We paid extra for Accademia tickets but Guido got us in at the front of the ticket line. One large advantage of taking the tour is that Guido's van can get very close to the action whereas the tour buses have to park outside the center of Florence.

The tour started approximately at 8am where we were met at the dock beside the ship. Guido returned us to the dock at approximately 5-5:30pm.
