Snorkel excursions recommendations

Did anyone ever go on the Pearl Island excursion through the Carnival ship or any other snorkel excursion you might recommend? I do not think we are docked at the right times to go on the Stuart Cove.

I would say though that if your time is really limited, you would be better of taking one of the ship's tours so you are guaranteed to be ack intime.
