Exciting way to find the rays

I'll be going to Grand Cayman in August and want to find a new way to see the stingrays. My fiancee (I guess she'll be my wife at that pointas we're hitting the ship the day after we'll be married) have already been to see them on a wonderful catamarran but we (OK me) would like a more excting trip. Can anyone recommend something out of the ordinary?

We are renting wave runners and doing the tour from Island Marketing. It's about a 2 - 2 1/2 hour tour and also goes to Rum Point.

Ebanks Watersports does the waverunner tour to the stingrays also. I haven't used them but I noticed it on their website today.
