Mariner of the Seas of Celebrity Summit for W. Carib?

I am thinking about cruising the Western Caribbean with my new wife in February. We are trying to decide between cruising on Mariner of the Seas or Celebrity Summit. We're looking for a good mix of fun activities and a relaxing vacation. From what I can tell, Celebrity is more luxurious than Royal Caribbean, but RCI is more fun. What have been your experiences with these two lines?

You said it all. How old are you? Do you want the Quest, ice skating, rock climbing, inline skating, pool games, and parades (RCI) or sushi demos, learning classes, etc. (Celebrity).

 

Celebrity does have better food but that has always been it's claim to fame.
