Kimkins info?

I relize there is a web site you can purchase membership to, and I plan on doing it when funds allow. Very tight time of the month for money right now.

 

I was just wondering if someone can get me some info to get me started on it untill I can join? I need to shed approx 30 to 40 lbs the sooner the better. I am having issues with Gall Stones and I am planning surgury for removal of the GB, but doc would like to see me shed some weight too before the surgury to see if it helps. Doesn't recommend anything specific diet wise just to check out some and stick to it.

I'm doing Kimkins and I've lost almost 40 pounds in my first two months! It is a great program if you stick with it. There is lots of good support via forums on the website which really helps you stay motivated or gets you back on track if you have a "cheat".

 

I am post-menopausal and never thought I would be able to lose weight again, let alone this fast. But, it is working for me! I highly recommend it! :)

 

By joining Kimkins I'm planning to be a size 8 by my next cruise! Now that's some motivation!
