Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa-Aruba

Recommended Posts

I'm not sure about day passes but all of the beaches with the exception of Renasiannce Island (which is owned by the hotel) are public. You can catch a cab from the cruise terminal to Manchebo, cabs are safe in Aruba and prices are controlled by the gov't. The beach at Manchebo is beautiful and not crowded.

Have stayed at Manchebo several times, great place....was there in May on the Grandeur.....if you want to rent a chair I believe the charge was $10/person, or you can just simply hang on the beach with your towel. They have a nice beach bar/restuarant ( open to the public) and a small store out front in the lobby where you can buy cold sodas and beer. The staff is very friendly....the only restriction is that you cannot use their swimming pool. Also, if memory serves correct, in the restrooms in the front lobby there are lockers available (cost ?). Close by is the Alhambra casino which is owned by the Divi resort. Enjoy your stay in Aruba.

We, too, have been looking into going here for the day. I contacted the nice ladies at the spa to set up some services for us. I do believe they will let you have a complimentary locker for day use if you book a spa service. Also, they do not sell day passes, but as someone else said, all the beaches are public. The spa lady I spoke with said it is $5each for chairs and huts. The beach bar/restaurant's menu and prices are posted online...prices are very reasonable, as are the prices for the spa.
