ROOM FOR 4 - bunks?

I have gone on three Carnival cruises with my husband and 2 children and we have never gotten 2 pull down bunks. We have always gotten a cabin with 2 twins pushed together, 1 pull down and they rolled in a cot. I would think the 2 pull downs bunks would be much better spacewise and we wouldn't have the issue of "taking turns" on the top bunk. We have booked our next cruise on Holiday IS GRTY, what are the chances we will get 2 bunks? Do only certain ships have 2 bunks?

We just booked an OV gty on the Elation and we are a party of 4 -- me, DH, DD (9), and DS (3). I am wondering if anyone out there knows what kind of accomodations we can expect. This is our first time cruising with two kids and I'm almost considering booking 2 rooms instead. Would love to hear what anyone knows. The roll-away cot doesn't sound so great, but neither does my 3 year old on a cot above me  .

Comments? Experiences? TIA!
