Thanks Fred: Did the elevator noise bother you?

 

Also when you say Cat 11 do you mean it's a suite?

 

No Elevator noise, in fact you have to open up the door to listen to what the Cruise Director is saying.

 

The Cat. 9a is a Mini Suite, The Cat. 11a is a bigger suite and thats why it cost alot more.

It's a very nice room. 2 twin beds, sofa(bed) and ceiling pull-down bunk. There were 3 of us, but we used the pull-down bunk, so we could keep stuff on the sofa and use it for seating while the bed was down. Plus, of course there's the balcony--it's not extended, but nice nonetheless. There was absolutely no noise from the elevators although they were just around the corner!
