josassoc Posted June 28, 2007 #1 Share Posted June 28, 2007 My family is trying to set up a cruise from the east coast next summer. We cruise each year, so I'm looking to see if any interesting itineraries might have been introduced (by RCCL, Carnival, Princess or NCL) for next year. Been to typical Western Carribbean a few times. Been to Mexican Riviera. Been to Tahiti (LOVED IT). Going from NY, to Bermuda, St Thomas, Puerto Rico and Grand Turk in a couple of weeks. Wanna go to Europe/Medierranean, but this trip is delaying that... Any ideas? Maybe repositioning or new ships?

Takes more time off from work, but when I started running into the same problem thew in a Panama Canal, Alaska, and a Hawaii. Hawaii was great. Atomica Posted June 28, 2007 #3 Share Posted June 28, 2007 What about the Baltics, Transatlantic, Mediterranean, Western Europe, Canada/New England...these ones all take a bit more time but are very rewarding. I did see that RCCL has some 7 day Med cruises for 2008 that look very appealing.
negc Posted June 28, 2007 #4 Share Posted June 28, 2007 Legend of the Seas will begin a new series of cruises to two different 7 night itineraries in the Southern Caribbean out of Santo Domingo at the end of this year. In 2009, the Vision of the Seas will take its place. In late Fall, 2008, Jewel of the Seas will sail on 10 and 11 night cruises that include a partial transit of the Panama Canal out of Miami. There may be others since Independence of the Seas will be cruising out of Ft. Lauderdale after it completes its inaugural cruises in Europe. Check out the RCI website or talk to your TA who may be able to find even more new and different itineraries for your review.:)
